FAFS response providers (In Dutch "BHV" Bedrijfs Hulp Verleners) course

This course prepares for first aid, fire fighting and workplace evacuation.

Our trainer is NIBHV certified and speaks both Dutch and Polish. This makes the Polish-language First Aid Fire Safety (FAFS) course not only unique in the Netherlands, but above all a good supplement to ensure that your employees work safely. Need a FAFS diploma in another language? Contact us for the possibilities.

1 or 2 day FAFS course?

We give 1-day FAFS training courses as standard. However, this is a full programme. For beginners it is advisable to split the training into 2 days. In addition, we also offer the possibility to only take out an AED training. Below you can read more about this.

FAFS certificate

Participants in a FAFS course always receive a Dutch certificate from Hollcert as proof of participation. If desired, a NIBHV theory exam can also be taken in Dutch or English. There is a surcharge for this and you must give notice of this at least 2 weeks in advance. Please note that this extra exam also reduces the training time. Hollcert FAFS and NIBHV certificates are valid for 1 year.

1-day FAFS course

You can of course choose to train only the legal minimum of employees as FAFS officers. Small and medium-sized companies often choose to train only 1 or 2 persons. What if that person is involved in a calamity or is not present? Training several people gives a sense of security and more self-confidence to the team. It also contributes to team building. It is also good for the outside world to show that every employee is familiar with FAFS. So that together we can contribute to the safety of employees and safety when it matters most.

Where and when to attend the 1-day FAFS course

This FAFS course can be followed at one of our locations or In Company. You can choose for open registration to follow the FAFS course at our location. In-company FAFS courses can be scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

2-day FAFS course

The 2-day course offers more time to answer questions from participants and allows for extensive practice with CPR and operating an AED. In addition, our trainer can take specific wishes into account. What are the biggest risks in your company? Is it desirable to focus on burns, cuts, crushing… Or are there illnesses among the staff that deserve extra attention, such as diabetes, epilepsy or heart failure? Is practising evacuation desirable?

Where and when to attend the 2-day FAFS course

This 2-day FAFS course is only offered In Company. These can be scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Fill in the form below with your wishes and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Especially for companies that want to give all their employees the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience with reanimating and operating an AED, we offer an AED training. AED training consists of a half day training (from 8.00 – 12.00 hours OR from 13.00 – 17.00 hours) in which alarming, resuscitating, operating an AED and turning the victim in theory and practice is covered.
